Space is limited and reservations are taken on a first come, first serve basis. Please contact us to be put on a waiting list. You will receive an invoice for the balance due 90 days in advance of departure.

In the event of a cancellation directly related to Covid-19, Niteo travelers may choose to apply all deposits to a future Niteo trip or receive a full refund. In the event that hotels requires a non-refundable deposit, Niteo will confer with the traveler prior to making such non-refundable deposits to ensure that they are okay with proceeding as is. Travelers must comply with all government travel requirements, which may include vaccinations, quarantine, etc.

Refunds are based on the number of days from the start of the tour that a written notice of cancellation is received. Deposits are non-refundable. 61 or more days 70%; 31-60 days 40%; 0-30 days 0%

We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance, which is available for coverage of expenses in conjunction with cancellation due to illness or accident. Baggage insurance is also recommended. In the event that you must cancel your participation in a travel program, trip cancellation insurance may be the only source of reimbursement.
