Rainforest & Wildlife
Day 1 – Blue Hole National Forest area. Get up close with a few of Belize 145 fascinating animals at Belize’s zoo. Experience an authentic Belizean meal. Meet local teens making a different in their community. Fall asleep to sounds of the jungle at your eco-lodge.
Mayan sites & local cuisine
Days 2-3 – San Ignacio. Explore the Mayan site of either Xunantinich or Cahal Pech. Learn the Mayan way to make chocolate, and taste it of course! Meet a local family for an authentic Belizean meal.
OPTION: High adventure Actun Tunichil Muknal (ATM) cave followed by a rustic Creole kitchen experience.
Ocean adventure
Days 4-5 – Ambergris Caye. In this paradise for all things water related, enjoy your own boat and captain for a private snorkeling tour and an island picnic lunch. If you’re up for it, swim with the sharks. Relax at the pool. Wrap up with a five-star dinner seaside.

River ride & Wildlife
Day 1 – Lamanai. Savor lunch Belizean style followed by a river boat ride and wildlife discovery. Venture out on an evening crocodile encounter if you’re up to it. Explore the Mayan site at Lamanai.
Mayan sites & local connections
Days 2-3 – San Ignacio. Explore the Mayan sites of both Xunantinich and Cahal Pech. Meet local teens making a difference in their community. Join a local family for an authentic Belizean lunch.
OPTION: Explore Actun Tunichil Muknal (ATM) cave and Creole experience.
Rainforest & local cuisine
Day 4 – Blue Hole National Park area. Go for a dip in the turquoise waters of the Blue Hole. See how cacao beans are transformed into chocolate at a local chocolate shoppe. Hands-on cooking experience at an East Indian restaurant. Take a light hike near the Blue Hole National Park and fall asleep to the jungle sounds at your eco-lodge.
Ocean adventure
Days 5-8 – Ambergris Caye. Enjoy a private boat tour for snorkeling and an island picnic lunch. If you’re up for it, swim with the sharks. Relax at the pool or further explore sea life at Mexico Rocks, part of Belize’s Barrier reef. Experience amazing local seafood and a five-star farewell dinner oceanside.
