Venice, Floating City
Day 1, Thursday, Sept 21 Welcome to Italy!
Arrive in Venice. After check in and lunch, enjoy a relaxed afternoon (you might want or need a quick nap!) before an evening welcome Dinner.
Day 2, Friday, Sept 22 The Floating City
Spend the whole day in iconic and marvelous Venice! Let your guide orient you with a walking tour in the morning and then the afternoon is free. Explore the many shops and meet artisans, take a gondola ride through the canals, or absorb the vibrant atmosphere of Piazza San Marco.
Day 3, Saturday, Sept 23 Farm-to-Table
Drive an hour north to a unique farm-to-table family estate. Situated on massive grounds with over a thousand years of farming history, this is a jewel of a place. Tastings, a working farm, a museum, and a great meal are on the agenda.

Sirmione, Dazzling Lake
Day 4, Sunday, Sept 24 Shakespeare
Depart for Sirmione with a stop in Verona en route. Visit Juliet’s balcony and the lovely Verona Amphitheater. In the evening gather for dinner together in Sirmione’s lovely surroundings.
Day 5, Monday, Sept 25 Lake Garda
Learn about the importance and use of olive oil and take part in an olive oil tasting experience. Enjoy a free afternoon to explore the lake and then meet up for a sunset boat ride and dining.

Levanto, Italian Riviera
Day 6, Tuesday, Sept 26 Parma: Italy’s Grocery Store
Stop in Parma en route to Levanto. Enjoy a cooking demonstration and tasting lunch with fresh, local ingredients in a family restaurant on the outskirts of town. Tour Parma’s historic city center with a local Italian leader to learn about ministry throughout Italy.
Day 7, Wednesday, Sept 27 Cinque Terre By Sea
After a relaxing morning in Levanto, take an optional afternoon boat ride along the coastline with your guide. End the day with great company and a fresh meal from the sea!
Day 8, Thursday, Sept 28 Cinque Terre By Land
Join your guide for a light hike to discover the different towns that make up the highly-praised Cinque Terre region then enjoy a romantic dinner as a couple on your own.

Iconic Cities, Florence and Rome
Day 9, Friday, Sept 29 Lucca: The Walled City
On the way to Florence visit the walled city of Lucca. Enjoy a short tour and a picnic lunch. There will be an optional concert/opera offering on this night after a dinner together.
Day 10, Saturday, Sept 30 Florence
Explore the Renaissance’s birthplace, visit iconic piazzas, and take a walking tour of this small but impressive city. Then enjoy free time to explore your favorite spots or allow your guide to introduce you to some lesser known treasures in Florence.
Two nights in Florence
Day 11, Sunday, Oct 1 Paul’s Rome
Transfer to Rome. After lunch as a group, follow in the footsteps of Paul with a guided walking tour from a local expert. Enjoy a romantic dinner in Rome as a couple.
Day 12, Monday, Oct 2 Iconic Rome
Visit Rome’s iconic Colosseum, followed by a self-guided stroll through the Roman Forum. Enjoy free time to explore Rome on your own. Wrap up the day with a farewell dinner!
Day 13, Tuesday, Oct 3 Arrivederci.
Depart for home.
